London Private Car from the Ritz Hotel to Heathrow?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good private car service from the Ritz to Heahtrow? I know there are many options but I would like for price, courtesy of drivers, quality of car, etc. to be considerations. If anyone has been particularly pleased with a service in the recent past, I would appreciate knowing for a potential booking. Thank you in advance to anyone who responds! Walt
