Lombok Travel Answers

South Lombok: craft villages

How can I get to craft villages as Sukarara, Sade, Rembitan or Penujak from Kuta (Lombok)? I suppose hotels arrange tours but I suppose this is the most expensive way of going. So I don´t know if it is possible to rent a car with guide from Kuta or something similar (but not renting a motorbike) because everything seems to be arranged from Sengiggi. Is there something more arround Kuta which worths a visit? Somewhere special where to eat or any other recommendations? Thanks
