What would you do if you had only 2 days to spend in Ljubljana? (I know, it´s a difficult question! only 2 days!!) And also, can you recommend me an unexpensive hostel? Thanks a lot! Susana
ljubljana has a very good backpacker hostel located in a former prison, but it's damn expensive. there is another option a little out of the center, but i haven't been there myself.

I spent only 1 night in Ljubljana, and saw much of it. See my VT Ljubljana page for suggestions. Try Hostel Celica if you don't mind the noise. It is centrally located and very popular. Otherwise, check with the Ljub. Tourist info. office online for private accomodations.

2 days are enough to see all Ljubljana interesting sights. Check my Ljubljana page for cheap accomodation.

see castle on hill in centrum. use to be a gostilna--restajurant in it on top.
