Well, first of all you need to know the opening times of the Ferrai museum.
You can't visit the factory unless you own a Ferrai....you arrange it through the dealer, I believe.
You can visit the museum though:
Here's the museum website, in English:
Fastest way will be by train, unles you want to pay rather a lot for a private car+driver (andeven then it's not a quick journey).
Train times, details and fares in English here:
Maranello does not have a mainline railway station. You'll need to get to Modena, then get a bus or taxi from there.
Trouble is, you are looking at a 3+ hour train ride (with changes) to get to Modena from Livorno.
It's a long way....around 235km, with an estimated drive-time of 2.5+ hours. Driving yourself might be fastest, as long as you are sure you a) can navigate accurately and b) can cope with driving in Italy.
To be honest, I'm not sure if this is really feasible for a daytrip from a cruise ship. TRaffic congestion is not at all uncommon, and ships don't wait.
