train vs. bus Sestokai - Klaipeda (Nida)

Hi all, I want to travel to Klaipeda via Warzsaw. if I take a train, the route planner says I should change in Sestokai and in Kaisiadorys again. Would you take the same way or would you go on by the train to Kaunas and take a bus? The train journey would be 6,5 hours, the other way it is four. I can find neither bus fares (Kautra website doesn't say) nor local train fares, other things matter as well (comfort-because of the long journey, view, reliability of connection...) Thanks a lot.
