My wife is visiting Ireland and is inquiring about the bus schedules; days/times/number to Lismore. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
http://www.buseireann.ie/ is the official site which lists all Irish bus services. Without knowing where your wife s travelling from it is difficult to give exact schedules ...but you can find regional services by county here: buseireann.ie/inner.php?id=2... and the journeyplanner here: http://194.106.151.94/jplan/bin/ will give info for specific journeys/dates/times.

Having done a bit of research, Lismore is served by route 366 Waterford - Dungarvan - Cappoquin - Lismore. But I think there may be a glitch on the buseireann site...or the service has pretty much ceased to exist... because the only timetable which appears is for Sundays with only one departure in one direction. That seems rather odd to me. An alternative might be to take the bus to Dungarvan (about 25 minutes away)and get a taxi from there? It might be worth contacting the Lismore Heritage people for info about public transport: http://www.discoverlismore.com/ lismoreheritage@eircom.net
