We plan to visit Limerick in the next two weeks and travel by motorhome. we wondered if anyone knows of a good location for parking the motorhome convenient to the city and getting a bus or walking into the city. Is there any park and ride facilities around the city.
Adare Camping and Caravan is the closest organised spot to Limerick. http://adarecamping.com/ You could always find a Pub with a big car park that might let you park up overnight or a sensible roadside spot? This would also go for the Galway question. You might try posting a general itinerary and the question on Trip Advisor Ireland forum where you would find more localised knowledge for most of Ireland.

Found Adare Camping and it was a brilliant site with lovely facilities and very helpful management - great. Had a great time on the tour too !!!!
