1. Does the Jurys Inn have elevators? If not, does it have employees who would help carry luggage?
2. Does loud noise from your bar disturb the hotel guests?

3 How far away is the University?

Jurys Inns normally have lifts. They're on a par with the Holiday Inn / Holiday Inn Express so it's unlikely there'll be someone to carry your luggage - that's why they're so cheap!!!

Jury's Inns are all in modern buildings and have elavators. You don't say which one your staying in - Dublin has three at last count - Parnell St, Christchurch, and Docklands. Also what university do you mean? University College Dublin(UCD)is south of the city, take bus no.10 from O'Connell St, Trinity College is in the city centre, walking distance from all Jurys Inns, Dublin City University is north of the city, check their website for access, I think bus no.11 from O'Connell St goes there but so do others.
Jury's Inns are unlikely to have loud noise, vaguely possible if your room is directly over the bar but I doubt if it is something you need to worry about.
