My friend and I are traveling to Limerick to visit my sister who is studying abroad and we are looking for things to do while she is in school. We are willing to take a bus or taxi somewhere for suggestions outside of limerick. Any Suggestions are apprieciated. Thanks in advance.
check out my Limerick city and county pages for some ideas :) You could visit the riverside walk in UL, Cratloe Woods, Lough Gur, King Johns Castle, Adare, Clare Glens, Glenstal Abbey, Curraghchase, Croom, Galtee Mountains, Lough Derg and so on. Renting a car would be better, gives you more freedom. Bus times are rubbish in the Irish countryside.

I was also in Limirick because a friend of mine was Studying there... We Hired a car to drive around, and it was a good option. In some free time we played some Golf on the many Countysides, you dont have to be a member there... it was our first time and we enjoyed it very much. For site seenging check other pages, because I was only there for 3 days... cheers and have a good trip, Ron
