I will be in Ireland in February. I have an early flight out of Shannon, so I'd like to be as close as possible. Should I stay in Limerick or Ennis the night before? Do you think the easiest way to the airport is by bus? Or maybe shuttles from hotels are available? Thanks.
Kevin, If you have an early morning flight out of Shannon, the best place to stay would be at the Great Southern Shannon, greatsouthernhotels.com/airp..., which is just a short walk across the parking lot from the departure terminal.
