Is bruceperu as effective in the rest of the country as it is in Trujillo: Lima, forinstance?

I know first hand the wonderful job BrucePeru is doing for hundreds of very poor children in Trujillo, Peru (educating, feeding, medicating and loving them); but I was wondering if volunteers who are serving or have served in their other centres - Lima, Cusco, Huaraz, Cajamarca, Chiclayo for instance can tell me if their program is as effective in those cities at helping the very poorest children?
