Does the Lille Metro sell monthly passes like we have here in Atlanta, GA for MARTA, whereby you can ride as much as you want for one price?

    Yes, they do. See www.transpole.fr Follow 'A chacun son tarif' then 'Voyageurs reguliers'. Monthly passes for the network are 41 euros.
