Train to Paris

I am planning on travelling by rail from Lille to Paris Nord on a Sunday in May. Are my only 2 options Thayls or TGV? Do they have a cheaper rail trip. Can someone please advise if this is the only way to get to Paris Nord by train from Lille. Trying to keep cost to a minimum and dont mind taking a longer journey if required. Thanks
