We are going on a cruise & I want to surf on this island. Apparently there is a surf spot in the bay where the cruise ship stops. Do you any other info on this or any other spots on the island? Thanks Ian
hi I was recently in lifou for a day ( also on a cruise) the beach/area where we got off was quite busy with a mini market and lots of informal tour guides, whe hired a guy and he took us to a baech approx 30 min away - it was not a surf beach however i reckon that you would be able to find out a bit more on arrival. sorry but thats all i know of lifou right now ;)
