My question is if I am traveling to Lybia with my boyfriend, not a husband, can we sleep in the same room in a hotel? What is the average temperature in October in Tripoli? Thanks
As long as you don't make a point of stressing your non-married status you shouldn't have any bother. You only have to produce your passports not your marriage certificate when you book in to a hotel. October days will be very pleasantly warm, comfortable daytime temps in the high 20s /low 30s and mild evenings (high/mid teens) but you may need a light wrap or jacket if the wind picks up once the sun goes down.

I agree with the Wandering Camel. I have travelled with girlfriends whose nationaltiy is different than mine so with that fact and the fact that our surames were also different has caused an eyebrow or two to turn. But I assume the two of you have the same nationality and it is not uncommon in Europe for married couples to maintan their "maiden names". Again I agree that no one will ask for your marriage liscense. In the worse case you may have to lie and say that you are married.

Hello thanks, we are not from the same countries, and that mean we have also different passports, so I don't know if it is risky...

OK, Cruela. IF THEY ASK tell them you are married. If they are unsure, just tell them that you are on your honeymoon and your new passprt (with your married name) will be ready when you return home. Do you want to know what I think, they probaly won´t give you any trouble. :)
