Well of course local sites on local resources are in the local language (or do they do things differently where you come from?)! This is in English but I'm afraid the sites it refers you to will also be in Dutch: dv-8.com/resources/belgium/i... You could put an ad on www.xpats.com which is for English-speaking foreigners in Belgium.
