Shopping: Eyeglass Frames and Bogner Handbag

I love the eyeglass frames available in Germany and am in the market for a new Bogner handbag. I'm not going to have much time to window shop and browse in Leipzig so any suggestions on specific shops to target for these items would be most appreciated. Thanks!!!
