Travelling from Manali to Leh

We (2 people) are looking for transport (jeep with driver) from Manali to Leh. Want to do trip in 2 or 3 days. We are looking for: a) information on reliable companies who provide this service + price 2) people willing to share jeep. We want to leave Manali (around) 9 August.
