We will be in Legazpi on July. Where can I hire a car with driver to take us around for 1 day? Are there taxis in Legazpi City? Thanks!
If you search the net there are several sites that rent cars, including a driver (optional.) And yes, there are plenty of taxis in Legaspi!

My friend and I returned from a trip to the Bicol region in mid-late May. We hired a car (8 seater Toyota Innova / Avanza, I believe) with a driver for 2 days. I understand that he also has a passenger car (Hyundai Accent, I believe) for hire. Leo Mirabel, our driver, was a safe on the road, patient and helpful with us.
