is there bus from legaspi to tagaytay or vice versa?

Hi vt friends, I am visiting Philippines in april next year and would like to check are there any buses from legaspi/donsol to tagaytay or vice versa? It would be good if you have any bus information on our route below. We are 2 people traveling on budget and not prefer to fly. We may take one internal flight, for example legaspi to manila. This is the route we plan to take : Clark – banaue – sagada – baguio Baguio – pagudpud – Bangui – paoay – vigan – sta maria – baguio Baguio – manila – donsol – tagaytay - manila Many Thanks!!
