Best way to get from Hotel Astoria in Malcesine to Venice using bus and train in 1st week in June 2013?
I can find a website with the ferries time table but cannot find any prices. I believe they are very expensive, can somebody advise me please.
We are arriving on a train into Venezia Mestre which arrives at 3.00am, and want to get to a hotel close to Venezia Saint Lucia. But Saint Lucia is closed at night so can't use the shuttle service between the two stations. Any suggestions on how we can get there at night.
We are going on our first holiday to Lake Garda at the end of May and are staying in the town of Bardolino. Can someone advise us of some nice places to visits nearby and are accessible by bus rather than the expensive ferries.

My husband and I are flying into Venice and plan on taking a water taxi to our hotel (hotel becher). We depart for Florence from the St Lucia train station. Where is the train station located? Is it back by the airport or can we walk from our hotel around st marks square? If we can't travel by foot, what is the best transportation besides another expensive water taxi that we only want to use to enter the city? Thank you!

Is Verona easily accessed by bus? If I wanted to hire a car to go to and from the opera would it be really expensive? How far is Verona? Train?
Me and my dad are going to Lazise in Northern Italy in the summer and we have got a really cheap flight deal to Milan Bergamo airport, but how far would it be to drive from the airport to our accommodation "Residence Pacengo"? Or how much roughly in euros in a taxi?? Please get back to me so we know whether its safe to book the flight. Thanks!
Please could someone advise the easier way by public transport from villa france airport. I would assume it would involve the shuttle from the airport to verona train station. from there i'm a bit stuck. I've been to a few bus websites, my italian is non-existant by the way, and it seems like the 62-64 and 65-66 go in that direction. Any help on this would be appreciated and the likely cost involved Thanks
