Hello. We are travelling from Venice to Lazise at the end of April (2 adults and 1 infant). Any advice on the best way to get there without a car? Thanks
The nearest railway station to Lazise is Peschiera del Garda. You can find train times, details and fares in English for Venice>Peschiera on the official Italian railway website here:

No need to b uy tickets online in advance. You can buy them from the machines at Santa Lucia railway station either on the day of travel or a day or so beforehand. Machines have English language options, accept cash and give change and are easy to use. Machines also accept cards with chip & PIN. If you wish to use an unchipped card you will need to buy your tickets form the ticket office (expect queues).
From Peschiera you can take taxi or bus to Lazise. Bus timetable:
