how long a walk is it to schillthorn.we are a 40 year old couple and have our 13 yr old son with us. What's the difficulty level? Thanks regards samir hemani

I can only estimate that you certainly need a whole day to hike up and take the cablecar down. I would prefer to do it the other way ! and even in that case I would recommend to start as early in the morning as possible

From Mürren you will need 3 hours; it's a mountain path which will need some condition but without technical difficulties (T2). See: http://www.hikr.org/tour/post1583.html
