I am looking to go to Laughlin in about mid-february. And I was wondering whether there was anything to do there at that time (other than gamble).
My mom went to Laughlin a few years ago around the same time - I believe there are a lot of activities involving the river. Casinos are always great for people watching, as well.

This might help: visitlaughlin.com/ltourism/i... LOL - there is an International UFO Conference and Film Festival there end of Feb. but looks like you'll miss it!

I've been to Laughlin a few times, mainly for the cheap hotel room and it's a good place to sort of isolate and chill out if you're traveling in the region. Very low-key, especially compared to Vegas. There are the river cruises and the jet boats, and the casinos have various activities and things going on. The Riverside has a car museum, for instance. You could also drop down to Mojave National Preserve, which has a nice visitors center at Kelso, converted from an railroad depot. All in all though, Laughlin's honestly a pretty boring place.
