Will be traveling to Riga this coming summer and am curious about the country. I am an american and will be traveling alone, possible into Latvia and Estonia. Will this be safe for me? Also, what can I expect to pay for food and accommodations and what would be the best things to see while I am there? Thanks for any suggestions
