Hi, the only information I can give you is that last year, I did the same trip but in reverse. We hired a car and it took us approx. 4/5 hours (but that was with a rest stop for something to eat). We picked up a car in San Francisco and dropped it off in Vegas, so it is completely possible to hire a car in Vegas and drop it off in Anaheim. I hope this is helpful, Hayley :)

Anaheim is closer to Los Angeles than to San Francisco and this is quoite a useful site for comparison because it provides quotes in a choice of currencies. rentalcars.com/AirportLandin... But as with all companies there will be an additional charge for a one way/ different drop-off location.

You might take a look at Alamo Car Rental, I took a look at June 16 Las Vegas and dropping the car in Anaheim on June 17 just to see what the price is. You can get a full size car, like a Chevy Impala for a total charge in USD of38.93, there is NO drop off charge. I would suggest you book directly with the car rental company, whether it be Alamo, Budget, Hetz or Avis or others, better to work directly with the car rental company than through a 3rd party.
