The Aladdin/Planet Hollywood Casino still under construction?

I am going to Vegas Feb 22-25th, Hotel sadly is already booked. And I just found out the casino may be still undergoing rennovation, just curious if anyone knew for sure and whether or not they might be done with the rennovation by the time I get there...and if not..any tips on how to get a room maybe away from the contruction noise and etc. (without spending an extra100+) ~G
