do you have a casino ? how far is it? how far is the airport? clubs with salsa music?
HELLO. my best friend is from Venezuela. she knows her country well. with all the crime and all. we would like to go to Margarita Island for a few days. How safe? I like casinos how far from the hotel area? how far is the nearest airpost and which one is it? I will be staying alone at one of the hotels. she is staying with family. so, again. i hear it is a wonderful island with hardly any crime? could you please answer my questions. oh, and what airlines goes there and the name of the airlines and airport. we're use to going to Caracass. but i hear this is way in a different direction.
I only speak english very little spanish
she is bi-lingual
Is it true that if you don't speak english the people in the hotel districts get an attitude with Americans. I was there in caracass several years ago and people were very nice. but we did have to be very careful.
I have been advised that I might need to produce a Yellow Fever Certificate in order to gain entry into Venezuela.
I have been to seek more information on this from my GP and I Have been advised that this is not a requirement for the places I will be visiting. (Valencia, in Carabobo State)
Other sources have advised me that a certificate might still need to be produced upon entry into Venezuela.
Can anyone please confirm if this is the case, as all other websites and information gained informs me that it is not required.
Thanks for any help that can be given.
