Hotel advise "Antonis G Apartments"

Hello, I am traveling to Larnaca Cyprus in August for 7 days on vacation. I would like to get some comments about the "Antonis G apartments" in Larnaca? 1-Is it in a safe area? 2-How convient is it to the beach, food, buses, shopping etc? 3-Any other comments about the hotel or area that may help me? 4-Any other recommendations for hotels to use. Thank you in advance for your assistance. It is greatly appreciated. Todd
