I need to travel from Larnaca airport to Limasol in early June and would greatly appreciate any information about Public Transportation. Thanks

Depending on the arrival time of your flight - you could always take one of the shuttle transfers operated by Travel Express. It's one of the cheapest ways to get between the different resorts - Limassol is between 60 - 70km from Larnaca airport. Travel Express operate between certain stops throughout the island and between the resorts. So - to get to Paphos for instance, you could travel from Larnaca to Limassol and then you would take another one of the mini-buses that goes from Limassol to Paphos... Price is around Cy£4 - Cy£6pp between resorts. There are some public buses but to be honest, the public transport in Cyprus is diabolical and needs to be looked into. Nearly everyone drives or rides a scooter/moped here! A private taxi with one of the well know companies (Acropolis Vassos) is Cy£32 in daytime hours (before 20.00hrs) and around Cy£40 after 8pm till 6am. Michele
