Dear Sirs, My Filipino friend Cornelio P. Paquibot living in Lapu Lapu needs arrangements to visit Guam (US) some time in February 2007 to meet me. He says his passport is still valid and he needs to get the US visa as well as a Cebu-Manila-Guam round ticket for a date he will specify. We are going to stay at the Ohana Ocean View hotel in Guam whose reservation I will make. As he is a very busy person, I am helping him by looking for a travel agency near his home.
