Form Laos border to Dien Bien and SAPA

Hello! I want to cross Laos at TAY TRANG border with Vietnam. I wish to reach easily, by bus on the same day, Sapa, from Dien Bien Phu. Does anyone had such experience or could me give some suggestions. Thanks in advance!
