Hi. My flight will land at 8:30pm. Is there any bus from Laoag to Vigan aroung 9pm? Thanks.
Several bus companies have Buses run very frequently from Loaog to Vigan, taking 90 minutes for the trip so you should not have to wait long.

Autobus, Farinas transit,Franco Transit, Partas Transit RCJ transit and Philippine Rabbit http://www.vigancity.gov.ph/htgh.asp Each bus company has its own terminal, just ask the jeepney or trike from the airport to drop you off at one. Perhaps he will also know which bus would be the best
