Hello, really appreciate the posts about Laoag. My family has book our flights and hotel (Fort Ilocandia) for Aug 25-27. I would like to rent a van or car (there's 5 of us), so we could go around to places of interest. Do you have a contact person we can get in touch with? We'd like to have yung cheap lang please.
