Sight and Sound Theater

by cherylrf Online Now Aug 24, 2005 at 1:00 PM

For anyone visiting Lancaster PA area, you must make it a point to come to see a production at Sight and Sound. We have seen most of them over the past 10 years and they keep getting better. The quality if first rate and the talent is incredible. The Milennium Theater is itself a marvel to see. Many friends work there and it's something very special. The current production is "Ruth" and I think it plays into October. Welcome everyone!

I agree! We took our 2 boys (ages 6 & 10 at the time) to see "Noah" 2 summers ago & we all loved it. Fabulous costumes, scenery (including real animals), & acting. It is well worth the & not to be missed.

By the way, Ruth is in its closing season. The next production is the Christmas one, and then comes their new production in Lancaster on Creation (In the Beginning). They do two different productions a year.

Sight and Sound is building a new theater in the midwest's Branson, an area which famous for their music. Our friends who traveled from Oklahoma to Sight and Sound are glad to know this because now these fabulous productions (with state-of-the-art sound and props and truly professional production) will be closer to home.

If you missed Noah, Daniel, or Ruth, watch for them to appear in their additional theater in Branson.
