We are planning to stay at the Kapalua Bay Hotel... but have heard mixed reviews. Since it has changed hands to Marriott, but Marriott plans to demolish it in 2006, we are concerned that service or hotel condition is being allowed to degrade. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Aloha, the Kapalua Bay Hotel is going to maintain excellent standards due to the fact it is a Marriott Hotel. The new owners, of which Marriott is a part of, are going to make it over, but the services now offered should maintain the high standards of Marriott.
