Is pagsanjan rapids hotel is still open and still operating?
When we went to Pagsanjan last November 2009, we found the gates of Pagsanjan Rapids Hotel closed, and there was no security guard outside. We tried to call attention by "honking" the car like crazy but no guard approached us... so I guess it's no longer operational...or closed for renovation.
