Hey everyone Was thinking of going to Lagos for my 21st birthday on the weekend of the 17th of May.. is that too early for the party scene? Is this an amazing place to spend my 21st with a couple of friends (im a guy) thanks!
You will be able to find parties that time of year. Just be ware that Lagos is more of a bar town than a club town as the place is popular with backpackers, but if you hit the bar scene then that will be rocking on may 17 i should think.

Tivoli Hotel is really nice and right in the center of town where the bars are located.

Why not come a week after that, there will be a great International show at The Lagoon on 25th and 26th of May. After that show you have the rest of the evening and night to further celebrate... that really will feel like your 21th, Happy Birthday
