Dom Manuel Hotel

I am going to Lagos in july and staying at the Dom Manuel Hotel. Has anybody any experience of this hotel? Is it far out of the town? I haven't come across any reviews about this hotel - I've heard that it is a relatively new hotel and the accommodation is very good. I would appreciate any views or comments. As this is my first visit to Portugal, I would welcome any suggestions regarding the location. Is the weather very warm at this time of the year? Would hiring a car be recommended ? Brendan

    Why don't you try Trip Advisor Algarve Forum there are a lot of people who either live in Lagos or visit regularly contribute to that
