I plan to take the 2 grandparents together with my wife and my 4year old daughter and go to Lago di Como end of October. I have never been in this area and i wanted to ask for your reccommendations about which town to stay in as well as hotel reccommendations (3 or 4 stars). We are looking for something with nice view. Thanks
I liked very much Varenna, Menaggio should be very nice too. Did not stay overnight so can not recomment particular hotel.

Some of the most popular places in Lake Como are in the center region of the lake. They are Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio, Cadenabbia(Griante). Tpags... ...Pallanza is in "Maggiore Lake" not in "Como Lake". Anyway I think your target is "Como Lake" so... ...I... more
