What would be the easiest way to get to Lucca from La Spezia ie the one wiht the least number of changes?

    My Italian is next-to-nonexistant but it looks as though all the trains from Lucca to La Spezia have one change, at Viareggio. It's not a long trip so should be fairly easy . . . and a lovely ride. http://www.trenitalia.com/
