apartment and living costs in bishkek

hi! i'm coming over to bishkek in jan-feb 2008. would be very grateful if someone could advise me on the the following: 1. where to rent a reasonable and safe apartment for a 1-2 months of stay, preferably good for working women, and complete with laundry and internet cable services? 2. costs of living: apartment rent, car/taxi rental, translator services, russian language courses thank you very much.
