Help me! Should I book Charisma De Luxe or Korumar Hotel in Kusadasi??

We are visiting Kusasdasi from 11/22-11/24/12 with 2 Adults and 2 teenagers. I know at that time it might be cold so I don't know if I can use pool and/or beach? We always stayed in 4-5star hotels in USA, so we are spoiled. We want a very nice resort w clean and nice bedroom and v nice bathroom. Can u please guide me what to do??? Thanks

They are both good hotels. The Charisma is new and closer to Kusadasi if that matters. The Korumar is also good, however it is probably close to time for a refurbishment.
