Decent budget hotel around rmb150

Hi, I will arrive Kunming late in the evening next month and I'm looking for a budget hotel with attach bathroom and breakfast. Someone recommended me the Camelia hotel, quite a lot negative reviews on Camelia hotel.Is there any budget hotels around rmb150 in prime location in Kunming? Thanks and much appreciate.
