Local hawker food recommendation?

Hello! I'm staying at Abell Hotel, any awesome food nearby? I've tried Kolo Mee and Fried Kway Teow at a coffee shop beside Kapit Hotel around the corner. Any other places nearby that I can go to? Thanks!
