Also what to visit, never been there and traveling with my husband hope someone can help.CHEERS
I don't like the idea of 'mystery hotels' However- you might also have a look on WOTIF Just Google WOTIF KUALA LUMPUR add your dates in date box You can then peruse the hotels available, the website gives area, directions and photos of available accommodations

I know nothing about mystery hotels. in terms of things to do. You can go up the twin towers for a spectacular view; visit the old colonial heart of KL around Merdeka Square with its old buildings, also look at the nearby mosques and Moorish style railway station and railway administration building. Lake Gardens has a lot of sights including a bird park and butterfly parks, orchid gardens, hibiscus gardens, boats. Visit China town and Little India. China town has shopping and Chinese temples. take a trip to the Batu Caves filled with wild monkeys and Hindu statues.

For three full days only, I would recommend @IreneMcKay's suggestions! Plus FRIM in the outskirts of KL if you wish to experience an equatorial forest! :) Unless you decide to extend your stay, I would not recommend a trip out of town during a three day first visit to KL. Enjoy KL! :)

> what does western breakfast cost up there. I'm not sure what it costs in hotels these days but you can look up Delifrance for something similar. There used to be one in Lot 10 but there is certainly one in Sungei Wang Plaza, across the road from it..
