FYI at KUL only designated airport 'limousines' are allowed to pick up passengers. So, if you arrange for a private van (no minibuses in KL/PJ), your driver needs to peak you up as a private person, no transport company will be allowed to pick you up. Alternatively, you can take the Skybus from the LCCT to KL Sentral and from there taxis to Subang. I'm not sure which will work out cheaper, though..

Or, like @cgf suggested, you could take two taxis as the airport limos are actually taxis! Go to the taxi ticket counter at the arrival hall to purchase two taxi coupons and then get the taxis from outside the arrival hall. This system was adopted to avoid passengers being fleeced by unscrupulous taxi drivers (unfortunately, KL is notorious for that!)
