Krabi airport to Railay

Hi all! I'm finishing my travel program to Thailand that includes Railay..I'm wondering how to arrive from Krabi airport to Railay? Besides, my idea is stay in Railay and make differents excursions to the island and maybe stay 1 night to Phi Phi Don. It is easy begin excursions from Railay. It is Railay and good point to start this excursions? Thanks for all your comments!
