Most Important Things

by edjude Online Now Dec 14, 2007 at 8:07 PM

Can you please tell me some protocol for a Westerner to know that you feel is most important when traveling to Japan?
Is the food completely different? What about customs and manners that are different? Also, is the subway or train the easiest way to get around?
What are the best sites to see in Kobe?

Thank You for any answers.

You are also free to call me. I will be home all weekend. It would take pages to explain the nuances and differences in Japanese culture and etiquette here on the forum, so if you call me, I am sure I can give you some insight. My number is in your e-mail.
