What is the best way to get from the Kobe cruise port to the Osaka Itami airport? What is the approximate taxi fare?

You take a taxi to Sannomiya Station and from there take an airport bus - every half hour. Taking a taxi all the way to the airport is pointless, same amount of time and more expensive.
